If any such court existed and any such man of Mr. Jesus repute was true, then I believe that jesus was harshly treated, though he is not innocent. He overturned the tables in the temple and caused much public anarchy and civic unrest. So if he was prosecuted for that reason, he likely did indeed merit a trial and some sort of punishment
. Of course the punishment did not fit the crime. I would not put to death any radical anarchist of the Occupy Wall Street movement, though maybe a few will go to jails. If there was a court that oversaw the justice of a civic disruptor in that day and age and it proscribed crucificti
on and death, that is not a true liberal leaning and it is marked by its own blood lust. Liberalism has no blood lust. Thanks.
