What Do I think of Congressman West....

http://www.vosizneias.com/89990/2011/08/24/florida-congressman-allen-west-israel-owes-turkey-no-apology#comments

This was an article on Vos Iz Neias speaking of how Mr. West was amiably for the idea that Israel need not apologize for the experience with the Turkish Flotilla that was sent to the Gaza territory some time ago.  This is noteworthy because some time about a week ago, it was noted that Mr. Obama felt that Israel owed Turkey an apology for those events.  Though I do not recall the exact details of this event, I believe that there were some 6 maybe persons on the flotilla that were killed by the Israeli Navy and I do believe that they had brandished arms and attacked the Israeli Navy.  Though I can not say that I am going to take a side on this topic today and clearly I see no reason why Israel should kow tow to the Turkish Government, the fact that Mr. Obama says that an apology is due makes me think twice about this situation and makes me wonder if there was some exaggerated Israeli response that was outside of the conduct required to deviate this flotilla from its course and prevent it from landing on Gaza.
But that aside, it is clear from this article that Mr. West was making a political move so that obviously to counter Mr. Obama or the Obama Administrations ideas, Mr. West wants to distinguish himself.
Mr. West recently made some arrogant statements regarding Ms. Wasserman-Schultz.
So to this, I wrote the following on this article:

West did not "tell her off" like a man of class and esteem. He denigrated her character and libelized her femininity. That is not what I look for in my leaders. So while it may seem that he is on the side of the Jewish people to the unabridged and wanton person, he may not be on the side of liberty and justice. Just a thought today. I am yet to decide if I feel he is a strong leader in spite of his candid unscrupulous "telling off" of the liberal leaders of today. Lets see where this guy goes.

(a previous commenter had remarked about how he liked West due to the fact that he "told off" Ms. Wasserman-Schultz).

To those who don't get my language, I reiterated my message with the following information:

Unabridged refers to someone who does not yet have his shortcomings removed by Torah Study completely. Wanton refers to someone who wants more than they deserve.

Thought I would share this one here.

Their war against Liberalism

This war against liberalism is a war against the people's own abilities and orthodoxy. It is really a sad time that there are so many people who do not understand what liberalism really is and want to squelch it with impunity. This is ambivalence for humanity.

Today there are too many people who do not understand what liberal thinking is about.  It is tied to what people really dislike which is permissive thinking or otherwise pacifist ideas. This is like comparing a picket fence (pacifism) to a wooded grove.

"limited government"?

Perry says "I am going to work hard every day to make Washington D.C. as inconsequential in the lives of Americans.". Fortunately, I do believe we have a real president (Obama) who will work hard every day to make Mr. Perry as inconsequential in lives of Americans too".

American Pain today

I must say that upon thinking of the SP's downgrading of the credit rating of the USA today to AA+, I must remark upon the fact that the political rancor in this nation is at such a painful level that it effects me as if I have a knife pushing into the recess between my 2nd and third fingers on my right hand.
I personally agree that there is to be some conflict between political adversaries.
Personally I think that it should be no more than stubbing the toes on your left foot.
This would be a good time for all Americans to wake up and realize that the bitterness and resentment among our people is at a sad and unfortunate level and now we have to have a sad and unfortunate downgrading of our national strength of our Credit Rating.
That is my impression.

Here's another one.....

Here is another story on VIN with some comments that I posted.
I present this as it shows the forces that are in our universe that are trying to destroy the opportunity for the young and free and that it is a demonstration of more of my own provocative commentary that may not wish to be buried in the hay stack of the internet.
So enjoy once again.  I am again posting under the name "yaakov321".

Liberalism is a "mental disease" Wow. I missed that lecture in Medical School!!!!!

This thread was just too funny not to share. This is a posting on the Vos Iz Neias network today.  I wrote at least 4 comments so far in reply to the asinine comments from the "right" that were entered on this thread.  I posted one more at the end after a fellow said that liberalism is a Mental Disease.  I just felt like I might share this with the community.
I am the fellow who posts under the name "Yaakov321".  There is one or more entry by myself which was marked anonymous.
Hope you guys like this public interest story.
I am comments 4, 17, 21, 25, 29 and maybe a few more if they post later.

Three State Solution

I disagree that the Israeli-Palestinian situation can be solved with a two state solution.  I regard that being 2 separate land areas which are not cojoined can in any way exist in a state of useful fluxuation.
Therefore, I think that the best solution to the middle east problem in the Holy land is to make a three state solution.
One state for Gaza, One state for the West Bank Communities and Israel continues its sovereignity.
This only makes sense and I do not think we can ever make a 2 state solution.
