Comments today on Same Gender Marriage Arrangements

Today, I wrote the following pieces on this topic:

1.
Face it, the gay rights cause is here to stay and there is no way that our communities can consider that our vote will be a deterrant for this type of activism.  That same sex marriage is a liberal idea is very true.  But liberalism is not hedonism and it is not pacifism either.  It is the same force that brought us womens rights to vote, the same force that signed the American Constitution and the same force that allowed that American Revolution to take place.  So sit back and see where the future takes us.  If this is not a liberal idea, I think it Wont come about.  But if this is liberalism, this is where things are going.
Like it or not, it is not a measure that the Torah Orientated communities will be forced to swallow in our own synagogues.  But that said, to allow the communities to offer laws in their own courts to allow this sort of arrangement is likely not going to destroy the mission of the Jewish people.
But lets get this one clear, if it was my child who has this sort of prediliction, I would probably not be too happy to see them choose the route of same gender marriage.  That said, have faith in our G-d that the future is in his hand.

2.
My 2nd commentary which was quite lengthy that discussed the likely future of same sex marriages did not get published on the Jewish website that I posted it upon an article for comment feedback.  Sadly, it appears that our religious jewish friends who run the Matzav web site are sensitive about discussing more pro liberal viewpoints and they refused to attach my comment to their article.  It seems that the only view points allowed are the anti same sex marriage laws that seem to be so endemic in the community.  So I guess that I am looking at a form of censorship.  I only hope that maybe someone who read my article to censor me has some new knowledge of the Power of our Creator as God let me write that article that supports Same Gender Equality of Marriage.
I suspect that there must have been some good in the lengthy essay that I wrote.  Let's hope so, huh?
I would have really liked to post that writing on here, but I guess it was not meant to be shared now.
But rest assured this is a battle that the liberal future will hold for all of our people in the inception of laws that ensure true liberal ways that are not undemocratic and are not anti-orthodox.
