Anderson Cooper Calls Out Obama's Gay Marriage Flip Flopping (VIDEO)

I guess it just depends on what you think that the nations immediate priorities are... a popular president who might indeed have a 2nd term and doesnt want to ruffle some of his supporters as the idea of same gender marriage equality evolves to where it should be, or an immediate call for Mr. Obama to lay down all of his cards. If he does, he will possibly lose some votes either way. Is that what our liberal minded people really want Obama to do? Let the man decide his own fate I say, but that said, If you get a 2nd term, he will be a strong advocate of your cause if that is truly his idea of right workings, and if he is not elected, you might still get a strong advocate, just one who is not in office. This may indeed be a poker game and who is to say that you who want change immediately know the best way to lay the cards down. I am probably thinking that Obama is a staunch supporter of the gay rights movement and marriage equality, but that said, I think that you need more than Obama to get this move to the world and if you really want to knock down a peg that was in your favor, you might indeed lose a significant amont of clout. Thats my take. Thanks Anderson, its really not about you.

Comments today on Same Gender Marriage Arrangements

Today, I wrote the following pieces on this topic:

1.
Face it, the gay rights cause is here to stay and there is no way that our communities can consider that our vote will be a deterrant for this type of activism.  That same sex marriage is a liberal idea is very true.  But liberalism is not hedonism and it is not pacifism either.  It is the same force that brought us womens rights to vote, the same force that signed the American Constitution and the same force that allowed that American Revolution to take place.  So sit back and see where the future takes us.  If this is not a liberal idea, I think it Wont come about.  But if this is liberalism, this is where things are going.
Like it or not, it is not a measure that the Torah Orientated communities will be forced to swallow in our own synagogues.  But that said, to allow the communities to offer laws in their own courts to allow this sort of arrangement is likely not going to destroy the mission of the Jewish people.
But lets get this one clear, if it was my child who has this sort of prediliction, I would probably not be too happy to see them choose the route of same gender marriage.  That said, have faith in our G-d that the future is in his hand.

2.
My 2nd commentary which was quite lengthy that discussed the likely future of same sex marriages did not get published on the Jewish website that I posted it upon an article for comment feedback.  Sadly, it appears that our religious jewish friends who run the Matzav web site are sensitive about discussing more pro liberal viewpoints and they refused to attach my comment to their article.  It seems that the only view points allowed are the anti same sex marriage laws that seem to be so endemic in the community.  So I guess that I am looking at a form of censorship.  I only hope that maybe someone who read my article to censor me has some new knowledge of the Power of our Creator as God let me write that article that supports Same Gender Equality of Marriage.
I suspect that there must have been some good in the lengthy essay that I wrote.  Let's hope so, huh?
I would have really liked to post that writing on here, but I guess it was not meant to be shared now.
But rest assured this is a battle that the liberal future will hold for all of our people in the inception of laws that ensure true liberal ways that are not undemocratic and are not anti-orthodox.

Looking for Jobs in All the Wrong Places

I see the future as a time where the Nation will have a Citizenship Dividend where all citizens who are below a certain income level will be offered a small but useful divident for being a citizen. In fact, in the future, one might imagine that jobs are going to be more and more limited. The idea that one day we will have robots filling in in the work place will surely bring about an era where the rote work is done by automatic computer driven bots and that the average citizen will be freed up to pursue activities such as education, leisure, creativity, reading and learning. That is probably not a bad society. Think about an economic force driven by robots that produces. This really would allow for a Citizen Dividend and truly our nature as a nation would shift from working for wages to living as educated and productive creative human beings. This is probably not far fetched at all, but dont cry socialism to me. This is a meritorius nation where the just and benevolent have a place at the bargaining table regardless as to whether they have a high salary or own three homes. So look towards the future... I think its going to be very intelligent and bright and enjoyable indeed.

My advice to the children who use the internet today in regard to the situation revealed with Mr. Anthony Weiner's Discourse

“This is clearly an embarrassing age if you really don't have your hat on right. Danger lurks in the corners of the online experience which ever way you turn if you are not privy to your own privacy. To the children out there, be careful out there. The internet is the new dark alleyway of life. People can lurk and jump out on you when you least suspect. But that's all good and fine. The truth is that there is a sad desperation that exists deep in the human mind and that there are poor people all over the planet who seek some indulgence that they think they can find online. Be advised however, there is always justice in the Universe and truly there is no big crime for you to browse online... just watch out for the dark alleyways.”

Regaring the situation with Mr. Weiner:
Actually I look at this in a positive sense. That the crime has occurred is a sad reality, but that it happened especially to someone with such a fluid last name on this particular ditty, I have to think that the future will be a time when children are instructed "not to be a weiner" (mean, yes, but effective? Truly). This will be a calling upon the children of the future to avoid the trouble of such an arrangement and conversation. The fact that his name is Weiner just makes this horrible thing such a huge tale and that is a tale that will not stop being told I think for many many years ahead. Perhaps it will be in the American Jargon and its inception may I hope prevent the same evil situation from being the future at the rate that it likely is the present.

Pro Tolerance for Islamic Americans...

I was contacted to promote the pro tolerance movement for Islamic Americans. Since this is a movement I agree we must offer assistance to in that there is rampant anti-Islamic activity in the USA at a certain level, I have decided I will post their web site and a video by the group that is fighting for improved Islamic-American Relations.
Thanks.

Russell Crowe Bashes Circumcision, Praises Jews' 'Funny Little Hats' UPDATE: Apologizes, Calls Out Journalists

RESPONSES TO PERSONS WHO HAVE ARGUED THAT CIRCUMCISION HAS NO MEDICAL RELEVANCE AND IS NOT "RECOMMENED" BY SOME DOCTORS OR PEDIATRIC COMMUNITIES.   (comment posted to Huffington Post).

It does really not matter if it is "Recommended" by a doctor. It does not need to be of course, but the facts are there that a circumcision has medical benefits and is a clear benefit to all who have had this procedure, given it is done accurately and without error. I also must concede that there is no given law of man that attacks the established Jewish rituals and this is clearly not a way of life that the Jewish people can in any way be forced to live under in any capacity or in any community.

So if you wish not to circumcise your own sons, that is your perogative, but to attack the way of life of a community that has existed since almost the beginning of time, one must realize that your ideas and plans are radical and perverse and that your capacity to serve as a member of any modern community is significantly flawed. This is not an issue for any community and if you wish to encourage people not to circumcise, that is your liberty; but to adamantly demand that one can not circumcise ones children is to shoot your own soul in the dark as you are not a commited human being of any calibre that cares about the sensitivities and expression of the world as a whole. Best wishes.

'Republican BS'- Article from Huffington Post

I disagree. Mr. Bush was our president and he did keep his word to pursue Mr. Bin Laden. That he did not capture the terrorist was not his failure. Some things don't happen the way that everyone wants them to happen. Mr. Bush deserves a tremendous amount of credit for his work on the war against Terror. You can not be a liberal minded person and not offer credit and merit where it is due. To do so only says that the opposition has a right to bash and denigrate the actions and work of the Liberal minded Democratic party. I am not willing to concede to the GOP that they have a right to smear us so I do not smear them. That way I truly feel I can support my own values and interests rather than beautifying my Ego.
