Here is the creative thing that you can do with a lot of guns if you want to spend money on that.  I can assure you that this is about all a gun can rationally be used to do.

Some guy apparantly had little else for a gun to do than make a heart display.  I am sure that the gun nuts are going to go crazy.  The only reason I would post such an image here on SirHenrysChimney is that there is a gun issue in this nation regarding the criminality of the gun experiences we are having and perhaps something needs to be done in some terms to limit purchases, increase background checks, require more psychological evaluations or at the least limit the ammo clip sizes.

I am not going to offer the analytic description of Ayn Rand's composed signature online or in writing today as it pains me too much to try to see the world the way she tried to rewrite the future.
I think that Ayn is a business orientated lady who really just wanted to have a wallet of her own.

Mitt Romney is frustrated.
Frustrated with an America that does not value the hard work of an ant.
Frustrated with the America that does not kow tow to special interests.
Mitt Romney is frustrated that you can get up one morning and know that G-d and nation are on your side and that you might have your eggs paid for when you are 65.
Mitt is simply out of ideas as to how to ruin the future with his own blasphemy and incoherence.
If this speaks to you, please vote for Mitt for a better future.
We need more restrictions on our lifestyle so that the rich and famous can commute anywhere in the world any day of the week and buy designer fashion items and other wise expensive once in a lifetime worn or used items.

Romney's juvenile conduct in prep school

Romney not only wanted to beat up a guy who wanted to look different, but he made that 'atta girl' comment to another boy which to me is a way to try to silence that boy from participating.  I find that 10 times worse than the hair cut incident simply because when you try to take away someones speech, that goes much further to damage democracy than just stifling someones personal expression.  Not that I in any way condone the incident with the hair cut, but I am more concerned that the man running for the highest office wanted at one time to intimidate and encourage a man who was 'different' and perhaps effeminate to be silenced in front of the class with others to laugh and intimidate as well.  That goes way further to discriminate against the human condition than just a provokative hair coloring that might indeed have seemed to be a personal deed to cry against the system.  The poor boy who was given the atta girl calls did nothing to provoke or change the school environment and Mitt has indeed been more than a bully, he was an enforcer of evil decrees upon the honorable.

A Show of Hands, an internet based polling service for the android and ipad lists that among those people who were punched in the face, 44% of the republicans polled have experienced this and only 36% of the democrats.

The question I guess is does this mean that republicans make others more agitated more often that they will be punched, do they become more prone to brawls in this voting group in their lifetimes or do people who get punched in the face more often become republicans. Just a curiosity I think.

The heresy of proportionalism

The poor children today like to assess their tax situation as "how much of the dollar are you taking from me". 

I realize that mathematics can be done in a few ways, but in reality, when you view taxation as the movement to take a percentage of every dollar you earn, you have lost your own marbles down the drain of intense arrogance.

In reality, taxation is more like surgery.  If you need to make a certain tax rate payment, imagine that you are having your appendix removed.  This does not negate that the surgeon is taking one cell from every organ in your body.

In reality if you made a million dollars and USA took 400,000 $, that might be more equated with a fat man who has a large percentage of his fat tissue removed.  Not akin to a lobotomy and a heart valve resection and a lung lobectomy.   The man is fatter and there is more 'tissue' to be removed.

Think about this because it is ignorant to say that the government is taking say 40 cents on every dollar you make or whatever else it involves.

Obama and Gay Marriage

I wrote the following on the Huffington Post:

Obama was not elected to push for marriage equality and it should not be the focus of his presidency unless he wants it to be that. I am sure that he is earnest and will do what he deems righteous and true.

One person said is it an "issue he must take a stand on".

I replied with:

It is not an issue he "must take a stand on".. No man is required to weigh in any time on any issue unless its his own way of life or his childrens way of life at stake. Even if he was pro gay marriage or staunchly opposed, he is well within his rights as a human being to stay out of this discussion. He doesnt owe you anything and if you don't like him, don't vote for him. Get it?  

One other continued the insistance on Mr. Obama serving him and his daily wants today.

I replied:
Just because you think this is your time, does not mean that the children have to take their photo with you. Obama does his best to serve this nation. Not your nation.  

I am personally still ascertaining my own viewpoint on this difficult issue.
On one hand, I have to concede that perhaps these people are G-ds creation as they are with their proclivities and interests and does G-d want to create a man or woman who can not marry as he might be designed to be involved with in a partner?

On the other hand, G-ds Torah specificially forbids certain relationships and the idea of a same sexual sexuality experience is not considered kosher.  I do not think that a synagogue should be forced to offer gay marriage ceremonies even if there is a law to commit these people in a marriage legality by the common law.

Either way, I think at this point I am going to hedge on offering my own opinion until I am forced to vote one way or another in a poll at the polls.  I do not think I am going to be an advocate for either plan and of course, history will take its course.

UPDATE:  5/9/2012
I am going to of course, go back to my original position as previously discussed here in that I am going to support the same sex marriage initiatives.  It just feels right. I am sorry if I have been confusing, but in touch with the idea that perhaps there may be a reason for a non-passage of such a measure, I had to consider that perhaps this was not always the entire future.  Either way, at this time, I am hearing that Mr. Obama has planned to release the discussion that he is going to be in favor of same sex marriage rights and I am waiting to hear this conversation.

Prediction

I predict that in 100 years, Obama will be on the 10 dollar bill.  It only makes sense. I predict a 2 term with lots of impressive improvements.  And I predict that in 100 years, the idea of a first black president will be so compelling that it will have to be honored.  I predict this and it is likely I think to be the future.
